Find peace of mind with QALO TraQ, the trackable dog ID tag, powered by tile Bluetooth finding technology.
The QALO TraQ is non-toxic and jingle-free for your dog’s wellbeing. Each QALO TraQ tag is built with a lightweight yet durable ABS housing adorned with a silicone design and affixed with a .75" split ring that can be attached to your pet’s collar. QALO TraQ has a non-replaceable battery that lasts up to two years and is waterproof for up to an hour, up to 1 meter.
How It Works:
- FIND YOUR PET NEARBY: When your dog is within 200 ft Bluetooth range, use the free Tile app to ring your QALO TraQ or switch to silent finding and use the in-app Proximity Meter if you’re in a noisy, high-traffic area.
- SEE YOUR PET’S LOCATION ON A MAP: When outside of Bluetooth range, use the Tile app to view QALO TraQ’s most recent location.
- ENLIST HELP FROM THE TILE NETWORK: When outside of range of your QALO TraQ, tap ‘Notify when found’ in the app and Tile’s Network of global app users and Network Extenders, such as compatible Echo devices on Amazon Sidewalk or compatible Xfinity X1 and xFi devices, will securely aid in your search.

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 2962 Evergreen Pkwy, Evergreen, CO 80439. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 business days (typically the same day). We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 10:00AM – 6:00PM on Wed – Mon. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
