VOLKL M6 MANTRA - 2022
Regular price $699.99The popular and established All Mountain Freeride series based on the legendary mantra enables riding fun for all skill levels and in a wide variety of conditions. With the new M6 Mantra, the traditional company Völkl is now introducing the next generation of its multi-talent: The new model is ideal for use on the groomed slopes, but also off-road, both sporty and playful with a large radius variability - responsible among other things the latest innovations from Völkl: Tailored Titanal Frame and Tailored Carbon Tips.
A generation change takes place: The new, technologically highly developed M6 mantra takes the place of the M5 mantra in the All Mountain Freeride family. In contrast to its predecessor, the proven technology of the 3D Radius Sidecut is used in the M6. Three different radii are combined in the ski and are seamlessly connected to one another over the entire length of the ski. The larger radii in the tip and end area are suitable for long turns and ensure smooth running even at high speeds.

W ATOMIC N MAVEN 86 BERRY - 2022
Regular price $499.99Ladies who love to cruise around the front side of the mountain while leaving room for adventure in the off-piste zones of the hill will love the versatility and edge grip of the Atomic Maven 86 women's skis. These skis are light, fun, and easy to turn, and feature a lot of Atomic's build and shaping technology that's making skis like this incredibly popular these days. In the 169 cm length, these skis generate a 16.9-meter turn radius, which puts a lot of the control on the foot of the skier. It's a relatively longer arc, so this makes the skier's input a lot more valuable when it comes to tightening up the turn or letting the skis run. Built with a poplar wood core, the skis have a strong and energetic base to work off of, and with a metal plate underfoot, the torsional stiffness and edge grip in that zone are increased. This makes the ski, as light as it is, hold a great edge, keeping you on your targeted path down the hill. In the shovels of the ski, it's great to see Atomic's HRZN tech tip shape show up. This makes the ski float through fresh snow much easier, as it shapes the tips like a boat hull, allowing for smoother planing through fresh, soft, and broken snow. This makes the ski float much better than the 86 mm waist width may indicate.

ELAN RIPSTICK 106 BLACK EDITION - 2022
Regular price $849.99After a year's hiatus, the Elan Ripstick 106 Black Edition skis have come back with a vengeance. There's a lot to like about the updates, and Elan has done a fantastic job separating further the Black Edition skis from the normal Ripstick line. We've talked and discussed in detail about how fun and playful the Ripstick skis are as a whole, and one of the best things Elan has done, is to retain that fun-loving personality, all while creating a whole different feel in a ski. Our first time out on them, we all remarked that Elan has been incredibly successful in creating a ski without metal that really feels like metal. By adding additional carbon rods to the Tubelite wood core, Elan uses that three-dimensional carbon tube technology now in the middle of the ski, in addition to the edges. This makes the middle part of the ski a lot damper and more stable when it comes to high-performance skiing. For a 106 mm underfoot ski, these things absolutely rip. Once you get them up on edge, they start to come around very nicely, providing stability and sport for the duration of the turn. Since they're asymmetrical in construction, profile, and shape, Elan has a huge advantage insofar as they're able to bolster certain parts of the skis without making them feel wonky. Skiers looking to take their freeride game to the next level will love the Elan Ripstick 106 Black Edition skis.
