Ski: Line Sakana
Binding: Salomon Warden 13
Length: 181 cm
Top Sheet Rating (1-5): 4
Along with the term "used" comes a certain amount of topsheet blemishes and the occasional scratched base. We take the time to rate the topsheet from 1-5. 1 being the ugliest and 5 being the most beautiful ski of all time.
Now we understand topsheets may be important to you, but to us, bases are what we slide on. We take the time to tune every single demo ski throughout the season. We fill with both p-tex and polyweld if necessary, add an appropriate early-season structure, bevel both the base and side edges so they're nice and crisp for firm snow (we vary bevels for different types of skis) and add a couple layers of wax to each pair.
All of our demos are meticulously taken care of and yes you may see the remains of some p-tex but every ski is in the like new condition rating.
Please call if you have any additional questions about how we take care of our demo fleets.
LINE PANDORA 104-2022
Regular price $599.95 Sale price $359.97 Save $239.98The Line Pandora 104 blends powder and all-mountain freeride into a perfectly versatile ski for those who like skiing anything and everything but want proper float for when the snow gets deep. This ski suits the more adventurous skier who seeks out softer snow and ungroomed terrain but its shape and construction provide great performance all over the mountain. One of the highlights of this ski is just how light it is. Line builds this ski with their Aspenlight core and Carbon Magic Finger Filaments which provide a balance of power and lightness as well as a very energetic flex pattern. By not using heavier additives like metal laminates, this ski really stands out in its category due to its impressively light feel. The Pandora 104 features Line's capwall construction which consists of a vertical sidewall underfoot and a cap construction out in the tips and tails. This gives you solid torsional stiffness and edge grip in the center of the ski, but keeps the swingweight down at the same time by reducing the amount of material in the extremities of the ski. At 104 millimeters under the boot, this ski is certainly on the wider end of the spectrum, but it is narrow enough to provide great firm snow performance. It will float really well in deep snow, especially with its rockered and tapered tip shape, but it retains good torsional stiffness as well as a fairly long effective edge when you want to go carve some turns. Ladies with a thirst for adventure will love the balance of performance characteristics highlighted in the Line Pandora 104.

LINE SAKANA 105-2022
Regular price $749.95The Line Skis Sakana Skis could carve a detailed nativity scene on the face of a pumpkin. The distinctive swallowtail design means they punch well above their weight in powder, while a remarkably tight radius helps crack out the kind of quick, snappy carving turns that remind you why you fell in love with skiing in the first place. Make room in the quiver for the Sakanas, you won't be sorry.
Early Rise™ – Tip and tail lift away from the snow to bring the contact points closer to the center of the ski. This increases a ski's lift in deep snow and allows it to engage more quickly on hardpack.
Rocker Profile – 10mm Tip / 4mm Camber / 0mm Tail
Directional Flex™ – The softer tip floats and initiates turns easily while the stiffer tail provides power, stability and high speed control.
5-Cut™ – Five different radiuses are blended into the ski's sidecut. The result? A wide variety of turn shapes and an intuitive feel.
Swallowtail – A dramatic tail knockout de-couples the farthest reaches of the effective edge while simultaneously forcing the tail of the ski down in soft snow. The result is a ski that can be ridden at shorter lengths without sacrificing performance.
Early Taper™ – The widest part of the sidecut begins tapering earlier in the tip and tail which reduces tail hook ups in powder.
Thin Tip™ – Super thin core & sidewall in the tips are 100 grams lighter per pair for reduced swing weight & tip bounce.
Partly Cloudy™ – A blend of lightweight Paulownia and Maple creating the best strength to weight ratio of Line's offerings.
Carbon Flax Tape – Carbon stringers offset by Flax taping create added stiffness without the pingy, deflective properties of carbon.
Sidewall Construction – Ultra-high density Polyethylene vertical walls over the edges to absorb vibrations and provide powerful energy transmission.
Sintered 1.3 mm Base – Sintered bases reduce friction against the snow allowing for more speed, and more durability due to the high-density material they're crafted from.
